- Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Order Confirmation and Delivery
- An order is only considered "Confirmed" once our team verifies the details via a phone call or message.
- Delivery Timelines: While we aim for 24–48 hours (Inside Dhaka) and 3–5 days (Outside Dhaka), these are estimates and may be delayed by weather, political situations, or courier issues.
- Shipping Responsibility: Once a product is handed over to the courier service, Gadgetvibebd is not liable for delays caused by the courier provider.
4. Strict Return and Refund Terms
By purchasing from Gadgetvibebd, you explicitly agree to the following restrictive return policy:
- 48-Hour Limitation: You have exactly 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any defects or issues. After 48 hours, no return or refund requests will be entertained.
- The "One-Time" Rule: We offer only one (1) chance to return or exchange a product per order. Once a product has been returned or replaced once, the transaction is considered final, and no further claims can be made for that specific item.
- Courier Responsibility: The customer must bear all costs for returning the product via courier. Gadgetvibebd will not refund or reimburse shipping fees.
- Non-Eligibility: Returns will be rejected if the product is returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or shows signs of physical damage/misuse.
5. Warranty and Liability
- Warranty Claims: For items with a Brand Warranty, Gadgetvibebd’s responsibility is limited to providing the invoice; the customer must visit the brand's authorized service center.
- Limitation of Liability: Gadgetvibebd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any products purchased from our store.
6. User Conduct and Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature through our platform.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Gadgetvibebd reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
